A PLASTIC surgery fanatic who looks unrecognisable after having dozens of injections pumped into her lips plans to make her pout even bigger.
Andrea Ivanova, 25, from Bulgaria, claims to have set the record for the whopping number of hyaluronic acid injections in her lips.
She plans to have even more work done[/caption]
She has forked out almost £18,000 on 43 different cosmetic procedures including 30 lip injections.
Andrea aspires to look more like a Barbie doll and looks completely different after going under the knife and pumping her massive lips with monthly injections.
Snaps before her transformation show her with much smaller, natural lips.
She has since had huge amounts of filler put into her lips as well as injections of hyaluronic acid in total in the chin, jawline and cheekbones.

Andrea previously increased her breast size from a 75C to a 75E cup and now wants the title of “most elongated and pointed chin in the world”.
She has always liked artificial beauty and exaggerated things, motivating her to undergo multiple procedures.
Andrea said: “I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up.
“I don’t like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties.

“Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.
“I wanted to see myself with a drastic before and after look and I still have a lot of changes ahead of me as I haven’t finished changing yet.
Andrea, who is single, is now auctioning off the biggest mistletoe kiss this Christmas to the highest bidder.
She said: “I am sure there will be a lot of willing men to bid for my biggest kiss this Christmas.
“For Christmas I will have new procedures on my face, I will have new injections of hyaluronic acid in my lips, chin and cheekbones as a gift from me to myself for Christmas,
“I will make my lips even bigger as well as continue to my new goal for the biggest chin.
“I am planning a lot of new procedures on my face and a new breast augmentation with even bigger silicone implants.
“Besides having the biggest lips in the world, I soon want to see myself with the biggest and most pointed chin in the world and with new huge silicone breasts.”
The filler fan, who travels a lot for work and pleasure, said she gets both positive and negative reactions from people.
She said: “There are always positive and negative reactions… people always turn to look at me, comment on me, whisper to each other.
“Some even point fingers at me, they discuss me, they discuss my appearance, some whistle at me, there are those who laugh, make fun of me, and of course, there are people who come up to me and congratulate me and want to take pictures with me.
“Wherever I go, there are always people willing to take pictures with me, which is wonderful for me.”
